Catalog / Pablo Picasso / Picasso watches TV
The volume is dedicated to the influences of television on the work of the exceptional Spanish artist Pablo Picasso. In the 1960s, a television set found its way into his southern French residence and had a lasting influence on his 1968 series of etchings, Suite 347. In addition to daily political events such as student protests or de Gaulle’s speeches, Italian sandal films and French cloak-and-dagger series are particularly prominent in his artistic creation down.
