The art museum Pablo Picasso Münster cooperates with THE SKATEROOM
The flower series is one of Andy Warhol's most successful projects. Deviating from his usual portrayal of brands, the series is based on a photograph of hibiscus flowers he found in a 1964 issue of Modern Photography magazine.
It is said that this flower series by Warhol gave birth to the expression "flower power" against the backdrop of the massive nonviolent movement in the 1960s.
